Step back to an earlier time in Woods County:
The Waynoka Historical Society will be showing a video interview of Dr. Wm. F. LaFon @ Northside Church of Christ, on Highway US 281 east of Waynoka, on Sat., Feb. 18 at 2 p.m.
Dr. LaFon, 98, was interviewed in November at his home in Norman. He practiced medicine in Waynoka and Alva, beginning in 1939 and ending when he entered military service in the mid 1940s.
