The Waynoka Chamber of Commerce is a progressive force behind the transformation of the community in recent years. The ATV trail, which leads off-road vehicles from the Little Sahara State Park into town, is completed and provides a wonderful opportunity for visitors to the “dunes” to come to town for eating and shopping. The downtown boasts several shops and eateries, as well as the Fifth Sister gallery. The restored Santa Fe Depot and Harvey House museum complex is just two blocks south and west of downtown. The Veterans’ Memorial is also located downtown at the end of Main Street.
