First Friday Art Walk, January 6th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Opening reception for "The Built Environment: Artists on Architecture" Exhibit.

This exhibit features ca. 1955 photography of Frank Lloyd Wright's Taliesin Home, Gustaf Stickley furniture, Tiffany Mission Style lighting, as well as art of Oklahoma's architecture.

 Chris Bell will be playing the harp and a film showing of Frank Lloyd Wright will be held
in the studio at 6:30 p.m. Refreshments will be served!

This opening night exhibit is open to the public, and you won't want to miss this one.

Be sure to check out The Etc. Shoppe, The Sandwich Shoppe, Alva Sewing Center, Holder Drug
and other merchants too!

Friday, January 20th at 7:00 p.m. ~ Professors Brandice Guerra and Ken Kelsey will offer a lecture
about the English and American Arts and Crafts Movement.
There is no charge to attend the lecture and it is open to the public.

Spring Term Classes for Adults and Children begin the week of January 9th!

Be sure to check out our offerings and enroll in our affordable art classes.

In the studio, Graceful Arts will have drawing, watercolors, acrylics and oil painting for adults; knitting and crazy quilting for adults; and Art History classes about Impressionism and the 8 Great Masters for adults.

  For children and youth, there are drawing classes and several workshops throughout the spring term.
Drawing classes are right after school on Tuesdays!
