Civilian Conservation Corp Structures in the Area

Boiling Springs State Park is home to one of the most extensive collections of remaining structures built by the Civilian Conservation Corps in Oklahoma.

This 820 acre park is famous for its cold springs that gurgle up through the white sands of the North Canadian River at 200 gallons per minute. Beautiful woods and unique western heritage, Boiling Springs is an oasis on the plains.

Amenities include the 7-acre Shaul Lake, 4 cabins with fireplaces, 2 camping areas with 50 campsites (modern campsite w/ electric, water & sewer hook-ups; semi-modern campsite w/electric & water hook-ups; primitive campsite w/no hook-ups, water faucet nearby), & dump station. There are 2 group camps with capacities of 150 & 125, and a swimming pool.

For those of you who are hiking or nature enthusiasts there are also trails throughout the area for your enjoyment!
